Is a pro setup worth the extra money I would have to spend to get it? I have 2 price quotes: One includes the setup before shipping but is about $150 more than the other. What does everyone think?

Second that about doing it yourself. In fact, doing my 4003 the first time with such success prompted me to go berserk and do setups on my entire fleet of non-Ricks. Now it's like reformatting my pc a few times a year just for the giggles.
