Blue Period

In The Smithereens video for the song Blue Period Babjak is playing an acoustic Ric of some sort. It's a big monster. I thought it was a Jazz-bo, but I don't think it is. Does anyone know what the heck he is playing in that video?

He's playing one of the two original 390s (JazzBo). He borrowed it from John Hall for the video.

The 390 and the Jazz-Bo are reeeeal similar in appearance.
