Yes, it is...
That bottom photo looks in some ways a similar shade to my green RM1999.

Eventhough it isn't Fireglo Jim?

Lol, it's cute in a non-Fireglo sort of way, and looks to be in really nice condition.

Oh very nice. My turquoise 4003 just started to suck when I compare it to this one.

Don't say that Kris - I love Turquoise 4003's with the white binding!
This one was offered to me and I couldn't say no. I had been very interested in the Mid Blue V63 that Brian was selling a few months ago but the timing wasn't right. This one is a '92 and dead mint!

The Turq looks great Steve! Too bad on the timing though......that MID was a hottie.....

Beautiful Turq, Steve. Check the serial number in the RIC decoder though. I think she's a '98 or newer. Too bad you didn't score the MID. You're the RickResource resident unusual color V63 guy. It would only be appropriate.

Oops - I meant an '02!

Nice snag, Steve. Where'd you get it?
This isn't the same Turq V63 that's on Mike Park's website, BTW. Mike's mysteriously had the extra dot on the fretboard.

I was actually talking to Chris at POTR and he mentioned it had just come in. I think this was the one for sale privately at one time in Michigan.

Steve,
Don't get me wrong. I don't think there is any RIC that I wouldn't like. My 2002 4003 TUR is a beautiful bass indeed. Just doesn't feel as good as my 82 4001 JG. Feels (and it is) a lot thicker and stiffer. I just changed my Rotosounds to LaBella flats on it and it is a bit better , but I still like my JetGlo the best. This is my "workhorse" Sure, the CS is great, but I do not use it that much being afraid to damage it.
