CD authoring

I'm looking for a software product that will let me do artist, title and track information for each cut as part of the .wav file, just like a normal purchased CD has. I'm using Guitar Tracks Pro to produce and make the .wav files, but it's limited as to the format of the info that can be included in the track info. I can go in afterward with Itunes and create the info, but it doesn't appear to permanently link that info with each file. Any suggestions?
