This is a great forum. Bringing back a lot of fond memories and updating information about one of my favorite groups from the "British Invasion". Thank you to all involved for their hard work in creating this great site, especially The Searchers. Very happy I found it.

Anon: There are a couple of thousand visits to The Searchers' Forum. I am working posting a counter, however, the software is forcing me to trick it. So far it is winning. Thanks for the interest.

Ed: Thanks for your comments. they are much appreciated. I continue to be amazed about how much is known about The Searchers that has never been documented. This is the purpose of "Needles and Pins" and The Searchers' Forum. Thanks for your contribution.

Yesterday we received postings from Chris Huston who played with the Undertakers. This is of particular interest to Searchers' Fans as he was in Liverpool during the early days. Moreover, he has agreed to answer questions as he is able. Welcome aboard Chris and thanks.

How many Searcher sites are on the internet?

Ed: The answer depends on your definition of a site I suppose. I have been able to locate perhaps a dozen reference pages that provide information about The Searchers. As far as detailed sites, however, there are really just a few. You can check out all of the references that I know of on the Searchers' Links page of Needles and Pins. Should you find any more, please let me know as I would like to include them.
