Fender Custom Shop White 1959 P-Bass NOS - $1800

Epiphone Elite Thunderbird bass in brown sunburst - $1000

Both are in gem perfect condition , have original hardshell cases,with hardly any playing time. shipping is additional.

Will sell to known forumites only.

I bought this particular one because in my opinion, it was the closest to the vintage ones. Look at the tuners, the pickups...MONSTER sound.

You guys are a tough crowd lol

Yeah, the NOS P-Bass has amazing grain on the wood. I never had a real 59, but if they played and sounded anything like this, they are awesome basses.

The Thunderbird is just a well constructed, lightweight bass that sounds explosive.

I could never get into the shape of those Thunderbirds. It looks like it came out of a Salvador Dali woodshop!

I ADORE Thunderbirds, but they don't fit around my gut so well and I can't play with them slung low ala Nikky Sixx.

If you like chicks, they LOVE the T-Bird. I have enough ladies in my life though...Gemini ladies to be exact - wife, daughter,mother,boss...I'm smothered...lol

I think T-Birds are very comfortable, they are much more comfortable than they look like they would be.
