Model R 25 Amplifier

Hello:
I just bought a Rickenbacker amplifier at a local music store. It appears to be working okay except for needing a new speaker( 1 x 12" ). From left to right, the controls are: volume, treble, middle, bass, speed, depth, reverb, distort. There is no name stamped on the speaker, but there are numbers: SP1220-16G 67-8342. It measured about 14ohm with a meter. I've not seen a solid state amp with a 16ohm speaker. It has 2 inputs on the left front of the panel and 'Rickenbacker' on the far right. On the chassis are two 1/4" jacks; one says 'speaker' and the other 'footswitch'. and the model # number is ink-stamped on the chassis. The on board speaker has it's own connection into the amplifier. The knobs and speaker grill are similar to a Road amp but there's no Road i.d.
I'll be glad to send a picture when I'm able and would be grateful for any information you could provide.
