I am so jazzed about the new DVD set I got on Sunday and already finished, that I am looking for that mid 90's audio set. I went to ebay and it is a bit confusing. Were there 3 sets of two?

Well worth getting hold of Charly, there are some truly amazing tracks in these cd's. The Decca audition tapes to mention one of them! Enjoy!!

There are also CD singles of "Free as a Bird" and "Real Love" that have 4 tracks apiece, those tracks, other than the title tracks not being on the Anthology CD's.

Lots of great songs. The Anthology series and the Live At The BBC set have been the best Beatles releases in many, many years.

Those two releases are really great. IMHO, the Yellow Submarine Songtrack remasters are the best re-issues yet.

Wish they all sounded as excellent as the "Love" release. Maybe someday...

Great set. The three stages of Strawberry Fields is my favorite part...but some of the bloopers are pretty cool too!

"Bloopers" are great. As painful as it can be to watch "Let It Be," I still love the "Besame Mucho" clip that's showed up on Youtube. They may have been sick to death of each other, but they still could have fun. And of course "And Your Bird Can Sing" from Anthology.

I love the bloopers. during one after 909..
"I can't do it, it's murder! it's just [thud thud thud]
indistinct chatter
I HAVEN'T GOT ONE!"

In the indistinct chatter bit I think he said, "Fuc_er!"
Or maybe it was after...
whatever, it was largely indistinct

My fav blooper is John's opening to "Mr. Moonlight" where his voice breaks..."not bad that one...."
I agree with the comments on the out takes from Let It Be...for all the angst and bitterness you hear and read about, they still seemed to click--Paul and John on "Two Of Us", etc..
