That's from an American International Pictures film called Riot on the Sunset Strip. The Standells, who sang the theme song, and a few other groups are in it too, appearing in that bar Pandora's Box. It's a film from the same people that released the beach movies with Frankie Avalon and Annette Funnicello. It's a pretty cheesy movie but the soundtrack is awesome with some great appearances of the garage bands. I have to say that it's one of my favorite music films of the era.

I have named my band The Burgundy Watch, partially as a tribute to these guys. They were perhaps the quintessential American garage band. Great stuff! Very Stonesy.

There's a great CD set of their stuff available now that's called The Complete Chocolate Watchband. It even has little studio clips of them in between tracks where they are rehearsing guitar parts, etc. for the next song. Lots of fun and a great addition for fans.
