I recently sold an instrument on eBay and instead of PayPal, the notice I got back was that the buyer was paying by some kind of check and that I should to wait to clear before shipping.

I'm guessing this is some kind of bank withdrawal(?) to PP instead of through as credit card?

Ever hear of this? Legit? Thanks!

It's cool Mark an e-check is legit..just don't ship till PP notifies you that it has cleared...

I have gotten paid by e-check through paypal.It just takes a few days for the check to clear.
