Suzi Quatro still rocks my world

Robyn and I have just returned home after seeing Suzi Quatro perform at Melbourne's Palais Theatre. It was a sellout show and Suzi was in fine form. I was pleasantly surprised at how good her bass playing was.

Last time I saw Suzi perform live was in 1974 - my first concert.

Robyn summed it up beautifully:- "She was your first love and I am your greatest love". Robyn even wore her black rhinestone-studded Kiss t-shirt tonight. I guess I'm a pretty lucky guy. Image

Suzi is still looking pretty good!
Unfortunately, I've never seen her with a Rick bass.

I'll answer my own question: No EB-2 that she used to play and that song certainly is a lot better than that duet she did with who was it? Elton John? Stumblin' In? Chris Norman, who was he?

Chris Norman was the lead singer of the UK band Smokie - (in)famous for their hit "Living Next Door To Alice".

However, we can't go too hard on them 'cause at least they had taste in guitars:-
