Tim Bogart was the ultimate hard rock bass player IMHO, and they were the most exciting rhythm section going all the way back to The Vanilla Fudge. Too bad the recordings are so bad, the mic in that recorder must have had a heart attack. I have their album, it's great. Their recording of Superstition is the original one, they recorded it before Stevie Wonder who wrote it.

Tim Bogart got an incredible sound out of his bass that resembled a Dinosaur in pain ... Jeff beck is always good and Appice is always an exceptional drummer ...

Bring back the days of 25-minute drum solos? Never!!
Bogert was incredible. Saw the Fudge live in 1969. Near the Beginning and Rock n Roll are still two of my favorite LPs.

And, yes, it is Bogert, not Bogart.

Saw Beck, Bogert and Appice in the early 70s with Freddie King as the opening act.
