Hi.

Tomorrow I will be flying for a short business trip to Germany, I'll be mostly in Hanover, but I will land and fly from Frankfurt.
So,
I am planning on adding another vintage rick to my collection, if anyone knows of any nice vintage guitar shops in either Hanover or Frankfurt, or - somewhere along the way (with decent detour times) I will be very happy to get the information.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Gil,

Rics are rare as hens teeth over here. If you happen to find one then you propbably can buy two in US for the price over here (also consider the currently weak US$ exchange rate). As far as I know there is some vintage shop in Oldenburg, which is not too far from Hannover. You may also try in Frankfurt at the Musikhaus Bornheim ("Adi" ist the guy).
If you drop me a note on my private e-mail about your arrival at Frankfurt we can check out to have a small transatlantic confluence at my house.

Thanks,
Actually, I purchased my 72' 4001 from a guy in Munich a few months ago when I was in Vienna for business.

I'll have some time for "guitar business" on Wednesday.
Thanks again!

Gil: Did you pick up a bass this trip, then?

Peter, may be I'm lucky that Gil came earlier, now that my "dream machine" is on ebay?
