It gave me a reason to develope my hybrid picking technique.

It changed my set list.

It helped give me something unique to offer in a band or a solo preformance.

It helped me develope a cult following.

It made me buy a new amplifier.

I'm VIP'd at the local music store.

It's making me lust for a c63.

I totally understand! Although I'm primarily a bass player, buying my first Rick totally changed me as a bass player, and all for the better. I've had the same experience with Rick guitars, even though I'm an atrocious guitar player.
And, welcome to the forum, if I haven't mentioned it before!

Welcome to the forum Hank from a fellow Michigander. Your location states Northern Michigan. Are you a Yooper?

Hi Hank;
You've basically given me more reasons to bring out my v64 to live dates :-) I agree especially that it adds real dimension to a band. Lots of folks don't quite realize that. Happy (hybrid) pickin'.

At our last gig, there was a new waitress admiring our numerous guitars. I asked her which one she liked the best, and she immediately pointed to my 360/12 FG. She loved the look, and it is the only one I played that made her stop and glance back at us to see which guitar was making that great, unique sound!

Yup, already starting to happen to me, and I'm still waiting for delivery.
It changed my set list.
Ditto. Working on new numbers already.
It helped give me something unique to offer in a band or a solo performance.
Exactly why I ordered a 360 12 string myself.
It helped me develop a cult following.
If I don't already have one, then there's no hope.
It made me buy a new amplifier.
Been looking at new amps. "Seen it comin', seen it right off."

I don't know, but RAS might be setting in, I just may have to get a 360 6 string. Been looking at 350v64s, too.

I not sure what the local scene is like as far as gigs are. Steve Cooper and few others play in this area. I play in my living room and with friends. Do you know Big Rand? http://www.bigrand.com Here is a "Grande" blast from the past. A couple of my close friends were in the Bishops.

That's cool, but did you score with her afterward? Was she cute?

Easy, Bob. We're talking geetars here...

OK, but I think if a "score" had taken place, we'd be seeing some CAPITAL LETTERS or sumthin'.

Paul, your topics are in all caps. I'm trying to avoid inferring too much here.
