I'm at the Hampton Inn in Winchester, VA, where the first MARF was held nearly two years ago. Dorothy and I are on our way back to Wisconsin from a visit with my nephew and wife and their new baby, the first of the "next generation." Took in the beautiful Shenandoah National Park today. Lunch tomorrow with a friend in Pittsburgh. Great fall color up here.

Apparently, there are no Rickenbackers left here, and no familiar faces. Great times, though.

Speaking of 'where is everyone?'...... has anybody seen or heard from Gary Clauson lately?

That is really weird; I wondered where Gary has been just a couple hours ago, before going to my supper.... As I was reading the forums now I was thinking it seems like less are checking in since the change.

Wouldn't you know it, I'm staying at a Hampton Inn too (Irving, TX).

Honestly and I am not kidding... I was thinking about where Gary was as well... as the news was on and they were doing a spot in OC.. Hope all is well. Gary if your out there.. check in already..we miss you.

Paul if you are coming through MD and use route 301 look us up.. we are just over the MD border from VA.

Is Tony Carey accounted for? I don't think I've seen a post from him since the change-over, either....

Last time I saw Gary, was when we met John Simmons for dinner. He said he was taking a break from the forum for a bit. I'll try to contact him tonight and see if he's okay.
