I've seen a few 4003 fireglows like this one

with walnut wings (pick of the ricks also had one)
is this a special order? or just luck of the draw?

RIC went back to the walnut wings in late 2005 for the 4003. Its not a special order. But apparently, there were a few leftover necks with maple wings that have found their way onto new 4003's recently. You'll find a discussion in a thread further down the page with the words "walnut wings" in the title somewhere!
