OK, OK, OK...I'm back!!!

Hi all.
I've had a **** year & a lot's happened over the last few months. Nothing nasty, but a lot of things have been getting on top of me...you know, little things that mount up. My reaction was to withdraw, but of course, that doesn't actualy help! I wont bore you with the nitty grittys, as I'm sure that I'm not the only person in the world to have made a bottom of himself, but I am now sorting all these little issues that have plagued me for 12 months or so.
On the positive side, my new band...The Great British Blues Band, has excelled my expectations & I have never enjoyed my music as much as I do now. I am playing better, writing better & having a great time recording the new album. It's no secret that with the move to blues (although I had a blues band for many years, so it should be 'return' to blues), has rekindled my love affair for the Telecaster (I played Tele's exclusively for a 17 year period!), but the bass is my 4003FG & always will be!
I have some thoughts on Rickenbacker & the blues, which I will post on the Blues topic.
Meanwhile, I would like to thank all of you for your patience (with regard to the froum CD) & to those of you that have contacted me off forum. Your friendship is appreciated more than you know.
