Right im not being disrespectful but ive just watched the best of Parkinson on the BBC and Joe cocker was on and he was singing wait for it "a Little Help from my Friends" now im not getting it. Its it me! cause if its me thats fine.Its the same old.Sung in the same old.Not even McCartney,Daltray,Davies or Jagger would have staged the same old.Am Im i being too hard
I dont want to be cause lets face it Im a decorator not a multi million pound record seller. Is there any room for change I dont want to **** people off but come on guys!!! If its me cause if it is ill hold my hands up>

Belive me im not slagging off JC Im just saying Same S**T different day! Now if I was a multi millionaire and some tosspot was writing about me id say **** *** you ******. But this is a forum and better to express than depress! Yeah.

When people start off with Right im not being disrespectful but. It generally means they are but im not! I Think JC is magic but change the format for Goodness sake! Im not talking about the the song its the performace even the face twitches are the same! I cant help thinking this post is going to get me into trouble i hope not cause you guys and gals are nice people. XXX

You're certainly entitled to your opinion. I'm confused though, were they playing Ricks? I don't see the connection. If not, perhaps this would best be discussed in "The Others" topic? Cheers, J

No worries Scott, it's hard to know where Joe belongs.

I'm not a big fan of his, but it would appear he is a one trick pony. Seems on several interviews I've seen of him he is very quiet, almost bashful. All I've ever seen him do is the gravel voice hollering Joe bit. He does a magnificent job, but it appears that is all he has got.

That being said, I wish I were as "limited".
