Indeed a great band - they will be missed. I've seen them live a few times, but the only time I saw that particular guitar, Gary Louris (lead singer) was playing it.

I bought their CD "Rainy Day Music" which has "Stumbling Through the Dark" on it. Good CD. I really like that sound, good harmony, strong melodies, and lotsa Rickenbacker!

My guess it that it's a fireglo 330 12 string.

I've got one of those. Surely one of the rarest colors, and incredibly rich and flamboyant. A perfect stage/video guitar, IMO!
