Amp trade? 80w tube for a 40w tube

I have this Traynor YCV-80 tube amp that is just too heavy for my back! I am willing to trade it straight up for a Vox AC-15, Traynor YCV-40 or something similar, as I got a good deal, so I can pass it on. I need something that weighs 50 pounds or less. The Traynor weighs 65 pounds and has 2x12 Celestion 75/80 speakers.. It is basically in the Fender Twin Reverb class. It has an incredible clean sound IMHO.
Now for the REALLY good news. The tubes are all new JJ's from Eurotube with the blues set up.
I will also probably put on craigslist later.
