Definitely a trademark infringer with that body shape.

Definitely. After they've been hung for making a copy, they should be drawn & quartered for making it pink!

I didn't find it in the Fernandes USA website, but I did find it on the Japanese site.

Funny how they tried to make the logo on the headstock look like Gibson on the EB-3 copy
Click on PRB for the Rick copy.

If you look close at the headstock there is sort of a huge wave instead of a small wave. The body is a bit too close to the 4000 series. That probably why it's not on the USA website. Won't these companies ever learn?

"inspired by" would be more appropriate i think. a faker implies trying to fool one and a blind man could see this is not authentic.

True Scott, but it infringes on a RIC trademark body shape.

Neck width at the nut looks painfully narrow.

I wouldn't call it a faker and if I found one in all black I'd likely buy it...if it played well.

Just to clarify something Sean. Are you saying it isn't a "Faker" because you feel there are enough differences between the two?
