Two 325 questions

Two questions:

Aside from "Toots", JWL and Beatles tribute bands, have any other high profile/popular musicians played the 325 series?

I seem to be smitten with the 325 v59, but have never seen a 325 in the flesh, here in Australia. I'm a big guy with a barrel chest. I'm worried that the 325 will be impossibly small against me. Will it look like I'm playing a ukulele? Any other big 325 players out there?

John Fogerty played a 320 in CCR.

Andy, the 325 series of guitars are great, but make no mistake, they are small bodied guitars.

Capo one of your standard guitars at about the 4th fret, it's not exact, but it will give you some idea. I'm 5'11", a little over 200lbs (I know, I know, I'm working on it  ), with small to medium hands (about a 9.5 glove size). I find the short scales very comfortable, though most of my time is spent below the 9th fret (this is more a factor of ability than physical limitation).

If you really like the style but worry about the scale, don't rule out a 350!

Happy hunting....

That was the problem I had with the 325 was the scale. I should went for a 350V63, but I wanted to try the short scale. Now I'm doing whatever I can to advertise the fact the guitar's being sold!

So, go for the 350 is you want the 325 sound, but you worry about the scale.
