What exactly is the problem with this store? I've heard negative reviews about them. Can someone shed a little light on them?

A few upstanding Forumites ordered anniversary DCM's from CME and once CME saw what they were going for elsewhere proceeded to refund said Forumites deposits so they could sell the DCM's for inflated prices. That's good enough for me to avoid them forever.

They have an incredibly impressive store with a great selection, but their prices are very high and every guitar or bass I picked up was very badly setup and out of tune (and I played a lot of them). And for the reasons stated above.
