I wonder if this violates copyright. It seems it should, but they have been for sale on ebay for quite some time.

Those things have been around for many years (Which still does not make it legal)
I have a blue lapel pin one on my hat! (it has been there for about 12 years)

Although I don't know if it applies to these particular items, I remember John Hall saying that the manufacturer of the miniatures, Future Primitive, is approved by RIC.
