....sure makes you realize that the Beatles brought such an edge of excitement to each song they did. Just ask yourself... what is the difference between the DeBitels version of the song and the Beatles version?:

Both are technically ok, but the Beatles are simply BETTER... more relaxed... they bring more to the song.

Looks like early to mid 80's.

The YouTube comments say it was from "Give My Regards to Broad Street."
