Difference between the 325C64 and the 325JL ?

...other than the obvious signature pickguard on the JL, are there differences between the 325C64 and the 325JL ? thx

Probably (no, surely) someone here who will know more than I, but I'd guess they're pretty darn similar, both maple bodies, both 3/4 scale. The original Ric news release talks about using some of the original tooling, etc. to make the 325JL. Possibly some differences in the pickup windings?
I guess another factor might be the (somewhat) limited production total of the JL, though I'm not sure almost a thousand units of the JL is
that limited. I've no idea how my c64s have been produced, but of course they're still making them.

Another big difference was the type of toasters used...
The late 80's/early 90's 325JL signatures had the super-hot 12k toasters, while the 325C64 has the newer, more original-sounding 7.5k toasters.
