Jangle Box, Keeley Comp, Dyna Comp...

Compression can actually be quite useful in leveling out some spikes when using distortion or adding to the ring of open chords.

So of the Big 3 I see around what do you think is the best pedal with a Rick. I've tried the Dyna Comp (early eighties model) and I was
quite impressed how you can use it as a Comp or just as a clean boost. The Keeley is getting lots of attention but I haven't tried that yet.

What about the Jangle Box. Have any of you tried this with your Rick :?:
Any Compressor views or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I think your question should be "Have any of you not tried this with your Rick?"

I've got one, it does what I hoped it would, can't complain. Gives my 660/12 that extra oomph.

I've had a Janglebox for about three years. It has been as advertised, IMO.

Thanks for the replies.
I think I'm going to order one. There are none to be found around here.

I called Janglebox who are literally 45 mintues from me and they're are backlogged (A fimiliar term around here).
The good news is they are only about 3 weeks to complete from order date. I ordered one - I'm sure I'll be happy as many of you have already found this quite nice.
