In a quarter century of playing, I never thought 'Gee, I'd really like a twelve string'. Then I got my 330/6 and started thinking 'I'd really like another Rickenbacker at some point'. Then I went to the Toronto confluence in 2006 (thanks, Steve Dean & Howard) and played some great guitars and thought 'Maybe a 12 would be cool.' Then I went to a local guitar shop, played a 610/12 that was for sale and thought 'This is amazing, I'm going to have to seriously think about this.' Unfortunately, the guitar sold very quickly and I was filled with regret. Fortunately, about 8 months later I found a 330/12 on eBay, good BIN, close to home. It is pretty much my go to guitar these days.
This story has it all: adventure, unrequited love, regret, a guy with an Australian accent, and a happy ending. I should turn it into a script.
Good luck, Kevin.

You have filthy minds.
The Australian and the happy ending were completely unrelated.
