I was browsing ebay and saw this Rickenbacker Lapsteel Guitar and then noticed the amp that comes with it. Pretty cool. First I've ever seen one like this - could it be an actual Rickenbacker amp;

Sure it is! Before they made a Toaster, Rickenbacher made the Lunch Box.
