I thought I would carry on the good work started by Aitch last year and update our "family photos" for 2008.
Last weekend I was able to remove the large bookcase occupying one precious wall in my guitar room. I banished all of those pesky books into plastic tubs and shipped them out to the garage. Sure, my kids were crying and stuff 'cause their favourites stories were now inaccessible, but hey, what's more important? Some dumb old story about a dope-smoking delinquent called Harry Pothead or wall space to hang more guitars?
Yup, guitars!
I finally succeeded in having one entire room just for guitars and amps:-

What a fantastic collection, Darren. Is that "longhorn" headstock acoustic an original or a PW special?
I posted this one before, but it is the initial 2008 group portrait.

Paul, it's an official Rickenbacker "steerhead" headstock acoustic, model 730S-FH , which I reckon stands for fish-tail headstock. When discussing this guitar with John Hall, he's always used the "steerhead" title. It's a pretty funky looking Rickenbacker, eh?

Congrats, Trotty! I always thought that room was a bit cramped with that bookcase.......
Great setup too, Bill. I'm afraid my humble abode doesn't have a room big enough to have all my gear permanently 'out' and on display. It's cases in the wardrobe, under the bed, etc...

Nice rooms, everyone. My playroom isn't half as impressive! Alls' I need's are two more Rics, a new amp and a digital camera, and I'll be ready to take some pics!
