Shure PGX Wireless System

Post by admin »

I have used the Shure PGX Wireless microphone system with headset and have found it to be exceptional.

It allows for a more relaxed presentation. I also find that the quality is very adequate for any live performance that I do.

I am wondering if anyone else has used the same system and what their impressions have been. Further, for those who have tried other wireless systems with the headset microphone I am very interested in how it compares to the Shure system.
Life, as with music, often requires one to let go of the melody and listen to the rhythm

Hi Peter. I have a Shure PGX14 system and it works fine if you follow the setup steps precisely. Last time I used it (at the Brian Medway jam) I swapped it to a different guitar while it was still switched on and it didn't like it..... couldn't get it to work for the rest of the day.

However, it was a bit of fun having the band playing inside the venue while I played out on the sidewalk!!
