AllParts carries very, very little in the way of proprietary RIC hardware.
You can order these from the Boutique section of the Rickenbacker website. I'd replace 'em all if I were you.
They are also available from McMaster-Carr (mail order hardware company) and from places like Home Depot or Ace hardware. Take an old one with you for a size match. These are generically termed "chassis grommets", and are made to insert into holes in sheet metal through which wires must pass, to prevent chafing.
One tip: Make sure the ones you buy are rubber. Vinyl grommets will eat Rick finishes! How to tell: generally, the rubber ones are rounded on both sides (no sharp top corners) and are NOT shiny. Vinyl ones look like plastic and are usually harder, too.

is it the rubber grommet? they only have a top view so i couldn't tell if it has the separation/groove between the top and bottom.
