Hi everyone, new member from the UK here.
I've been a Ricky owner for the past 20 years now:
My first was a
Pete Townshend 1998PT which I bought early in 1988
The next was a
Fireglo 381/12 V69 from 1988 which I bought in 1994
My third and final Ricky is a
Jetglo 1995 330/6 which I bought in 1996
And yes I've still got them and regularly play the 330 but the 1998PT and the 381 spend most of the time in their cases.

Welcome Tony.
but the 1998PT and the 381 spend most of the time in their cases
When you get the chance I would be interested in knowing why the 1998 and 381 spend so much time in their cases. Are they too hard to carry on the Lammy?

Peter, simply because I find the 381 is very heavy (and it's rare these days I find the need for the 12-string sound) and the 1998 although it's a beautiful guitar, the vintage pickups don't have the oomph of the 330 hi-gain pickups.
You're right - it is a bit awkward carrying them on the Lammy!

Cheers Scotty

It wasn't the colour I originally had in mind, I wanted a more duck-egg blue, but to be honest it has grown on me!

Three records duly added!
When I get chance I'll get some close-up photographs taken and add those too.
