Yes, it can. A radio station that plays nothing but Dire Straits.
But i am afraid, a station that only plays the songs by one band soon gets tiresome... well, it's only my opinion.
And now imagine the station that plays only one song all the time, your favourite one...

No problem. Top to bottom of the page. Here's how it goes, more or less.
Professional Internet radio 101.ru
Pink Floyd.101. All songs by a legendary group.
Send a link to a friend (next to the red rectangle with moving "waves")
Now playing
Pink Floyd - Fearless (the song title is subject for change)
Estimate the track (-2 to +2, that is "poor" to "excellent") - that's the thumbs up/thumbs down thing, yep kind of a vote.
On the left, above the player - Move to another chanel
On the right - "Listen through the player", that is use the Windows media player (or whatever is your default player) to play the track.
Favourite channels (above the numbers in circles).
Left: Other channels
Choose another channel
Refresh channel
Move to channel page
Comment about channel
Go to chat room
Right: Top five, based on listeners' votes.

I have one that can "top" it all...there's a radio station where I live that when they came back on the air after being gone for a year or so, all they would play for the week leading up to their official re-launch was "I Am the Walrus", as their station letters are WLRS.
