The Center for Disease Control has issued a medical alert about a
highly contagious, potentially dangerous virus that is transmitted
orally, by hand, and even electronically.

This virus is called Weary Overload Recreational Killer (WORK).

If you receive WORK from your boss, any of your colleagues, or anyone
else via any means whatsoever - DO NOT TOUCH IT. This virus will wipe
out your private life completely.

If you should come into contact with WORK you should immediately leave
the premises. Take two good friends to the nearest grocery store and
purchase one or both of the antidotes - Work Isolating Neutralizer
Extract (WINE) and Bothersome Employer Elimination Rebooter (BEER).
Take the antidote repeatedly until WORK has been completely eliminated from
your system.

Damn!!! I have it!!! Fortunately, I think I know where I can get this so-called "cure"...

OK So Aitch has been on to the cure for a long long time. Hmmmm!!!!! Now that I think about it the entire Aussie contingent have been guarding this secret like it was the answer to the meaning of life................

There's a general antidote these days....... I discovered it many years ago and it works for me.

It's a generic concoction manufactured by a number of companies and has many trade names but they all belong to the same pharmaceutical category - Pee One Five Ess - usually referred to as P15S. If you drink the recommended daily dosage of P15S WORK becomes less of an issue. You have to be careful, though..... more than the recommended amount of P15S (especially on week nights) can make WORK even worse the next day. The other thing to be aware of is the fact that cheap P15S can be dangerous.... you need to stick with the medium to high quality P15S if you're going to come out the other side with the full benefits of it. Beware of P15S that comes in a bladder held inside a cardboard box.... there may be plenty of it but it can be rather rough around the edges. The Fruity Gordo and Lexia varieties are especially dangerous although they seem to be popular with ladies who take P15S to relieve WORK symptoms. Also be careful with P15S that comes in sachets or bottles wrapped in a brown paper bag.

Our company is very thoughtful when it comes to WORK. Every month we have a staff meeting commencing at 4pm and afterwards we are permitted to consume as much of the company's own stocks of quality P15S as we like. Quite nice of them, really.................

Of course it's not just used to relieve the stress of WORK........ it's used regularly to assist in coping with social issues and adding to the enjoyment of non-work related tasks. Often I hear people (mainly males) say such things as "Man, am I gonna hit the P15S this weekend" or "Let's go out and get stuck into the PI5S". It's also commonly used to describe the somewhat euphoric condition that often occurs after partaking..... as in "Mate, we're PI5Sed!!"
