Phaser talk

I have gone through an equipment change: I use a different speaker cabinet and consequently a different pedal for distortion. My favorite phaser was the MXR Phase 90, but now when I try to use it with my current distortion it just feedbacks uncontrollably when it reaches the high part of the sweep. I tried using the original fuzz pedal I used to use, it won't feedback with it but it just doesn't sound good through my current cabinet. I also have a Boss PH2 but it isn't really the sound I am looking for.
Has anybody used the Red Witch Moon Phaser? If so, what does the trajectory knob do? Does it just add bass when turned to the right or does it do more? And the internal pot? The beautiful clean sounds are definitely a plus, but it would cause me some switching problems (such as I would have to buy a switcher to use it in that mode as well).
The Subdecay Quasar might do the job for me, it has a feedback and a frequency knob, although I am not 100% sure it would stop the feedback, I am not sure I wouldn't also need a sweep width control (I listened to a demo on youtube).
I was also thinking about getting a Russian Small Stone and modifying it. I know which resistor controls the feedback, so it shouldn't be too hard.
Also, has anyone used the Vox 1900 phaser, or know what the internal pot in it does? That could also be an interesting pedal, although it might be too hard to find.
