This very special guitar was custom ordered in 1989 for Dan Seals. It is a 370/12 McGuinn spec, but with a custom neck which measures a whopping 1.94 at the nut! The RM compressor was replaced with standard wiring several years ago and the compressor is no longer with the guitar. One Schaller ST6 is missing; it has been replaced with a Kluson (and I would really like to put it back to stock). Otherwise it's all original. The OHSC, catalog, unopened polish cloth all round out this very rare and awesome guitar (which has been already been spoken for by a forumite who wishes to remain anonymous). Thought you might like a look at it. It's probably one of the rarest of the rare lefty Rickenbackers.

Ahhh....What a beauty. I'd have to think the neck would be really comfortable.

I am fairly adept at playing some upside-down chords (playing the guitar right-handed, not left-handed) and played it a bit. It IS really nice.

Yeah, I'll post one up. You can see how much wider the neck is by using the TRC as a reference.

Yes, at 1.94 it is wider than the 660/12s 1.75. It is not wider, however, across the entire length of the neck. The taper is not as drastic, so by the time you get to the body end, it is about as wide as a standard 300-series neck. In other words, it's really only much wider than standard at the headstock end and gets less so as you go up the fretboard. I'll post measurements of this and my 360/12 taken with a dial caliper sometime over the next day.
