Hi all, I have a 340 with the acent trem, It has a buzz and I just cant locate it. The buzz seems to be from the trem... but I have looked high and low and just can't find it. Is there a buzz that this thing is notorious for? Its not through the amp, its an acoustic buzz..
Any Ideas?

Sometimes a spring in the bridge starts to buzz. Usually, I just work the saddles back and forth a bit and then return them to their original position. The buzz then goes away.

Looking won't usually solve the problem. But listening with a 2 or 3' long length of small-diameter (1/4") vinyl tubing works like a charm. Stick one end in your ear, pluck the strings, move it around until you've isolated the problem. Many times an elusive, sitar-like buzz can be traced to a nut that needs attention--the string should break over at the front edge of the nut. If the break over point is further back, you get a buzz.

Sometimes my toggle switch buzzes in the middle position. It's rather infuriating, and I can't figure out, for the life of me, why it comes and goes. If I jimmy with it a little, it goes away.
