Marr is one of my favorite guitarists, he doesn't get discussed much on here though it seems

He's the reason I play Rickenbackers. In fact he's the reason I play any guitar!

yes, I fully agree. Marr is amazing. "This Charming Man" is pure Ric Marr heaven.

As Noel Gallagher once put it: "Johnny Marr is...well, he's a fookin Wizard, innit he? We once sat down in the studio with him, and he couldn't play some of his old stuff. Johnny Marr is so good that Johnny Marr can't even play him."

Good stuff.
