I think that is the 20th anniversary Vai model. It is EXPENSIVE.

It is very cool. I like it. At first I thought $4399.00 CDN was a lot of money but upon reflection (no pun intended) it is really not that bad a price for what is likely to become a rare collector piece in years to come.
