Just recently my 360 V has had this 'gummy' feel to the neck and somewhat the same sticky feeling is noticeable on the fingerboard and strings. Nothing has been spilled on it, BTW, coke, beer, Scotch, toothpaste, drool...zip. I've wiped down the neck repeatedly (no Zymol yet, ahem). Any ideas?

Dr. Stringfellow's Lem-Oil. Spray some on a cotton cloth, wipe fretboard and back of neck, wipe dry and buff with another cloth. Should feel just right now...
