It's kind of a Blueboyish color. It's got 3 toasters and oven knobs.

I concur. It's obviously had that third toaster added though, so not sure what to call it.

I just ran this guitar through the Ric Model ID. Nothing came up. The Toaster in the middle must have been added, as when I specified 2 pickups instead of 3, it came up as a 450/12. The color must be Azureglo.
So what about the oven knobs and gold plastic? Those weren't stock, were they?

450/12 with 3 pickups. The oven knobs probably weren't stock, the pickguard may have been (depending on the year).

Perhaps this photo from June 1990 will be of interest.

it is refinished 450/12 with 3rd pickup addition. by the headstock outline it is from around 1966. 450/12 is probably best rick 12 for gigs.

Here's another video.
Can anyone tell whose signature that is on the pickguard?

The singer is Byrds co-founding member, Chris Hillman. And I think that so-called 'fro is his natural hair.
