Vox Python Strap -- famous users?

I'm only aware of two people who were famous for wearing the Vox Python strap:
John Lennon with his Rickenbacker 325/6
John Entwistle with his home-made Fender Presision bass (Frankenstein)
Anyone else?

There are shots of John Lee Hooker with either a Python or a very similar clone.

Thanks for the responses, guys. I could have never imagined John Lee Hooker using one! I read somewhere Clapton used one, but I cannot seem to find any pics.

You click the "youtube" button above the posting text box, and in-between, you put everything after the equals sign in the link, not the whole link. In this case, it would be rOyj4ciJk34.

Those things are super cool, but $300 for a guitar strap?
It should say Versace on it...That's crazy talk!
I guess most people buy them because they are trying to be John Lennon or whatnot...

oh snap! I stand corrected on the price (I swear I've seen them for much more somewhere before).
Still though, $119 for a strap is no bargain. That, or I'm just a cheap *******

I agree, $119 is not peanuts. Wish I hadn't sold mine with my old 325v63.
They actually are a perfect match for the 'Miami' 325s and look really great on them...of course they weigh as much as the guitar does. The reissues are a bit too long as well.
