I was hoping somebody could give me some technical advice on uploading a file. I have an MP3 of a song I recorded but when I try to upload it, I see that MP3 extensions are not allowed. How do I go about posting this tune? What formats are allowed/preferred?

You'll have to find some other website to host the mp3, such as garageband.com. I believe only image files such as .jpg, .gif, and maybe .tiff are allowed.
