Wiring experts, help!

I'm trying to get this 360 wired up in time for a gig on Friday, yet none of the techs around here know what they're doing when it comes to Rickenbackers. I tried to tackle it myself, but I'm still not getting any sound from the guitar. Here's what the innards look like at the moment:

Does anyone see anything particularly amiss? Keep in mind that I'm only hooking up the bridge pickup (the neck pickup is a dead higain with a toaster cover on it for the time being). Please be kind and use "stupid" terminology for me. :)

It looks like both pickups are connected, John. Is the dead pickup open or shorted? If it's shorted, it may need to be disconnected - It might be effectively shorting the other pickup by being in the circuit.

Only one's hooked up, for sure, Kris. One of the thick gray wires is coming from the bridge pickup, the other two are coming from the jack.

John, from looking at a 330 wiring schematic, what you've said, you're two pictures, all I can say is make sure the switch is working.

Verify the bottom of the switch side that the pickup is wired to goes to the middle of the Treble volume pot. The output wire to the stereo jack comes off the side of that pot towards the middle of the guard, and the other tab on the volume pot is soldered to the body of the pot (ground).

It might be the Ric-O-Sound jack is not working (switching to mono) correctly so try plugging your normal instrument cable into the ROS jack and see if you get output - the bridge pup will be the tip on that jack and a mono normal cable will work for the bridge only.

Brought the guitar down to POTR today. It turned out that I had two things working against me which I wouldn't have figured out myself.

First, the leads coming from the bridge toaster had come loose (at the pickup), and we were getting no reading from it. Chris fixed that, but then still nothing. It turned out that the jacks were bad too. He replaced them with new ones, and now, well, the guitar works. 8)

Great news, John. What about the neck pup, loose wires there too or a result of the jacks? In other words, it is also working now?

Neck pickup is a dummy anyway - a broken higain with a toaster cover over it. It's in there 'till I find myself another toaster. :)
