Many of you here may not remember the Tuck Hersey plays a very short scale Rickenbacker. You can see it here.

I remember that. Believe it or not, when I was about 11 or 12, maybe, I kept in contact with him a fair bit. Then, my email account (we had Outlook) got screwed up, and I haven't spoken to him since about February 2003. Very friendly fellow, Tuck was. This mini 325 was one of the guitars that Tuck and I would talk about. We also talked about the C series, RM 1996s and Gretsches. Tuck and I had very nice chats about it all, really. :)

Doesn't look too playable above the fifth fret, that little one. But Tuck seems like quite a nice character :D

Here's a link to my Beatle guitar page:

The mini 325 is still on a desk in my home studio all set to "imaginarilly" jingle jangle,
you couldn't really play it though. :D

Oh, I found my band The Mendips was on YouTube a few weeks ago.
I sent some video to a TV producer in Md several years ago, who made a great documentary out of it.

Nice website of yours, Tuck, and nice video too!

I'll be in Tokyo next week to have an album I've mixed mastered. Care to meet up for coffee if you happen to be in Tokyo then?
