When playing the older Pink Floyd songs with David Gilmour Guy Pratt pulls out his 4001v63. He's used it on Remember That Night on the Syd Barrett songs.

Well, that almost makes up for all that silly slapping he did on that live "Pink Floyd" video. Almost.

Technically not his fault. He hated that. They told him to put that there.

The V63 in the 'Remember A Day' tribute performance is a fireglo rather than mapleglo, so he must have at least two! He really dialed in that early PF sound for 'Remember A Day' - a wonderful performance from the whole group, too.

A couple of weeks ago his biography appeared. great book, great English tongue in cheek humour, a lot about Pink Floyd and lots of information about his basses. It's called: My Bass And Other Animals.

Buy it!
