Bass Amp Question

Okay, time to pick your brains. We have an ad in our local paper for an Eden Nemesis amp that puts out 350W @ 4 ohm. All it says. I have looked and looked and do not see a Nemesis that is rated that wattage. Anyone have an idea? Is this something I want to persue? BTW, it is $200.

Is it a combo (1-12, 1-15, 2-10) or the head? Either way, it would be a good deal if all is well with it.

From how the ad reads, I believe it is just the head.

It seems there are several Nemesis heads to choose from, so it might be worth getting more info.

Here is their current offerings:

There are older model, also.

Yeah, I checked there first, both new and discontinued, but none were 350W into 4 ohms. I found 300 and 400 though. Perhaps I'll call. I need another amp like I need another hole in my head! Maybe to flip. It would be lighter than my SVT-2 Pro.... The Edens I played through at a dealer here sounded sterile.

I am not a fan of Eden, either. I used to have a WT400 for a while years ago; I am so happy I have my Markbass LM II. Have you checked out the Markbass stuff?

I like the look of this one. I'm thinking they're solid state?

But they are the best sounding SS amps, many liken them to tube amps. Go for it, Kira.
