My parents attended a fair in 1981, and one of the things that was being marketed was a "Love Potion #9!" It was a playoff of the song, which was played constantly at that booth. She remembers that it was somewhat sweet tasting, and before they attended the same fair in 1982 I was born so they bought some more and I had a brother. Just something to ponder.

I did not know that there was also a 1991 movie entitled "Love Potion No. 9".

I don't, and they don't either. Maybe is was the precurser of some other drugs being marketed today that "help" people. j/k!
