A quote taken by my buddy, John in the "Naughty words?" thread in the General Section.
I really don't care that I may be given a rap as a fierce brand loyalist. What I feel is a bad rap and falsely accused of, is that I am intolerant of hearing about or discussing other brands or even disliking other brands.
Call me a Rickensnob, Royal Rickensnob, that's fine, that doesn't bother me. Ricks are may favorites by far, but don't say I don't like other instruments, that's untrue
So guys in my position here as well as anyone else should show off their other instruments in this thread.
Lets start with the high exalted mystic poohbah of mass produced instruments - Fender

Here is my Fender Precision:

I am not a Les Paul guy, but that is as sweet as they come, Dan! Lovely finish.

Kira, I bet the back and sides have some lovely figure - Martin always uses gorgeous rosewood.

Hey, wait a minute, a thought we were doing Fender!
If we're already moving onto Gibson, here's my Victory Artist Fretless that I gave a reversible 4-2-5 mod back in '90.
The nails are Diane's.

Alright then... John, I also have an ES125, mine is a thinline '61. Missing in the picture: black '73 Fender P fretless, '78 Fender Musicmaster Bass in Olympic White. The mocha brown Jazz bass has been sold.
